Originally from sweden where we started our property businsess 25 years ago.
In sweden we was building Villas and Commercial properties with focus on Retail properties. Our property management team managed 100.000 sqmtr of properties.
In 2007 we also started a holidayhome company in Florida. There we rented out and managed our own properties and a handfull of external clients with focus on premium homes with the best locations.
In 2019 we moved to spain and continued our journey in the property industry with focus on Holiday Homes property management and rentals. We also have a small team doing renovations and repairs on our own and our clients properties. Besides this we also work with interior design.
